BuilderPro LLC provides software development services, including but not limited to custom application development, mobile app development, and web development solutions.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the services we provide, including designs, code, and documentation, remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuilderPro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuilderPro LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
